Yes. We use Stripe to verify you're a real investor, not a bot. We don't charge anything for the first 14 days, and you can cancel from settings in one click — no human contact required. After day 14, you're billed for whatever plan you picked. Filter is for our sanity, not yours.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time? ▸
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard with one click — no support call required. If you cancel during the 14-day trial, you're charged nothing. After that, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and we'll never charge you again.
Does the scanner work with all UK portals? ▸
Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and OpenRent are fully supported with one-click extension scanning. We also support EI Group and Boomin in beta. For off-portal lots, paste any URL or use the manual underwrite form.
How accurate is the refurbishment cost estimator? ▸
Our refurb model is calibrated against 14,000+ completed projects across the UK and benchmarks within ±8% of final invoiced cost on 87% of jobs. It accounts for region, spec level, floor area, and current trade rates updated weekly.
Can I share my PDF reports with others? ▸
Absolutely. Pro plans include unlimited PDF investment memorandums, watermarked with your name. Enterprise customers get full white-label branding — your logo, your colours, your domain.
What payment methods do you accept? ▸
All major cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), plus bank transfer (BACS) for annual Enterprise plans. SCA-compliant and PCI-DSS Level 1 secured. We don't store any card details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? ▸
Anytime. Upgrades are instant and pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose paid features mid-month. Founder's plan holders are excluded from price changes — forever.
What happens after the 14-day trial ends? ▸
On day 15 you're charged automatically for whichever plan you picked at signup — Scout £49, Hunter £149, or Institution £499. We email you a 3-day reminder before billing kicks in, and you can cancel any time from settings without losing trial access early.
